Pros
Benefits Pay Ability to Work from home
Cons
Management doesn't know what's going on, especially if you're a new hire, because the new ones have different rules for the first 90 (or more days) and don't get to make as many mistakes. Who you get on the helpline, determines how much help you actually receive & if it's even accurate. They demand overtime & you are required to work it & during that period you cannot have a day off. You cannot say any medical procedures are *covered*; you MUST say the procedure is considered at xyz% and you're not trained on how to explain that to a client who is truly listening and starts asking about it being considered, not covered. You're also not allowed to tell people how much their employer is to blame for their insurance coverage or lack thereof.
