Cons

Rudderless leadership overly reliant on outside consultants. No formal or structured training for leaders and younger staff. This was nixed during Covid and never brought back. Management wants to bring people back on site but don’t realize the problem isn’t where we work, it’s how we work. Meetings to plan meetings.
