      Salary is good ; work remote

      Cons

      Toxic. Micromanaging. RCDs don’t support the nurses . Talked down to by Sr leadership. Unachievable, unrealistic productivity requirements . The program is all about billing for services so that Care First makes money , not about patient care . Expectations and work flow constantly changing and contradictory.

      Great Industry to be in, plenty of spending in Operations of Insurance from Federal. No transparency to employees on the vision or roadmap

      Cons

      Pathetic work culture. Everyone tries to pull the other down! Leadership is pretty shady. Talent doesn't count. Only way to get your ideas moving is to lobby excessively by penetrating in to the mafia of leaders.
