For the most part it is a stable place to work. Choice of working remotely or on-site.

Cons

Too many COTS. Even though moved to cloud, company still uses on-prem COTS on VMs, rather than a cloud architecture. Management doesn’t really empower engineers. They make all the outdated decisions from 20 years back.

- Long term this is the place to be if you can really put your best foot forward.

Cons

- In Software development, there is an over reliance on contractors which can cause FTE's to slack or new comers to have a hard time catching up since contractors will not help you.
