Pros

- Such a great learning opportunity if you want to learn about working in healthcare - Flexible schedule as you can work all kinds of shifts, and they will make it work around school schedules or second jobs

Cons

- Poor pay. Started at $10/hour and eventually made it $14/hour, but you can make that kind of money working in the fast food industry. When they expect you to work 30hrs/week the money needs to be better as we do have to live off of this. - No PTO. Get three weeks of vacation, but is unpaid. Also, you do have to work holidays and nights as this is a 24/7 kind of job depending on which hospital you work at

Pros

Great administrative team who constantly works hard on making beneficial changes to the company. The providers are knowledgeable and this is a perfect learning environment for pre-medical students.

Cons

Low pay per hour. Erratic work hours that are hard to accommodate.
