      Pros

      I worked with some great people with great positive outlook, great teachers. The company is trying to steer towards a more ambitious direction. Growth opportunity for ample

      Cons

      Extreme negative attitude of leaderships, unrealistic expectation of its employees, fast paced growth with which the available human resources can't keep up. Departments work is silos which is very difficult to break down.

      Great Work Environment

      Pros

      I enjoy coming to work everyday at CareSource because the people and the mission make it a great place to work. It is a team environment and feel everyone is working for the members even if they are not member facing.

      Cons

      CareSource has a very fast pace environment. This could be a con for some, but I enjoy that kind of environment and always want to be busy.

      Underrated IT Department

      Pros

      Phenomenal group of people to work with on a daily basis. They are driven, goal oriented, passionate and care about the projects they work on and the people they serve.

      Cons

      Starting pay was a little low, but within a year I've received two upgrades in pay and a bonus. If you work hard you will reap the benefits.
