Caresource used to be a great place to work, the culture used to be supportive. I do like working with our members

Cons

Where to start? Bad raises next year and no bonus (even though we were rode hard to meet our goal) management constantly talks down to us, changes their goals so it's impossible to please. Just a horrible environment I'm also pretty sure the recent positive reviews were planted by the company...the wording sounds like management buzz words
