PTO, co workers, telecommuting and bonus.

Cons

Zero work life balance. Micromanaging middle management. No accountability by supervisors and middle management. Everyone for themselves. Classic 80/20 environment. The 20% that do the work burn out and leave leading to high turn over.

Pay and benefits appear to be above average, and employee quarterly meetings and all-employee celebrations are a real plus to the team members

Cons

Too bureaucratic, consensus decision-making can become frustrating, more meetings scheduled and attended than any other company I have ever been associated with. Hiring from outside was the norm, vs. internal development.
