Decent benefits. Some great people.

Cons

Changing faster than they can keep up and they have begun devaluing the long-term employees. It seems very clear they are trying to push dedicated, hard-working employees out the door.

* horrendously slow pace. Nothing moves. * nobody ever follows through with anything * managers do not communicate with employees, randomly make changes without any input * the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. In fact, it is a centipede where none of the hands know what the other 99 hands are doing * ancient, ancient technology, and no ability to work on the new stack unless you’re in the special clique of teachers pets * not allowed to use slack * 1960s style management. Required to fill out timesheets and super anal about PTO and so forth. It’s like taking a time machine
