      Pros

      Benefits & people are great. Management is very supportive & want employees to succeed. Hours are flexible. They keep their staff informed as they have several staff meetings through the year with the opportunity for staff to ask the VP questions and get answers. They are a great company to their members. They offer many helpful tools & services to assist them with everyday life struggles.

      Cons

      Pay is not very good and depending on which building one works in parking vs getting to the building can be unpleasant. The offices are spread out through downtown so there is a lot of walking to and from. In bad weather, this is a con.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great, annual bonus is nice, some jobs allow you to work from home.

      Cons

      Company is shifting focus to social work more than medical needs of members, workload went from busy to impossible in a few months due to desire to increase membership. There have been so many changes in procedures with very poor training, extremely poor communication, and management seems to be ignoring the chaos.

      Pros

      Strong value and mission driven culture. Purpose driven work with good pay & benefits. Over a 30% internal promotion rate. A good place to start and grow your career!

      Cons

      Fast growing company! Sometimes challenging to keep up! But the alternative is slow growth or downsizing! I would rather face growth opportunities rather than manage downsizing.
