Total chaos, one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Even in you are making your numbers, creating a great culture in your hospital, having positive client ratings, it is never good enough. Doctors are the most the valuable, so if they want you gone, good luck. At HQ, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Growing pains is an understatement with this company. Visiting HQ also just makes you realize where all the money you make them goes, because it is gorgeous meanwhile your hospital is literally falling in on you.
