You will get to work on different technologies.

Cons

Scary experience...not good for experienced individuals.Seems like they do unsaid contractual hiring in the name of fulltime employment..will hire for few months and even if u r performing,they will find different ways to lay off.do not even care how it will affect the candidates resume.
