Pros

People are cool and hungry to succeed right out of college. Sales training

Cons

Your initial success at careerbuilder as a sales rep (Cold caller) are completely dependent on what region you are assigned to. If you're cold calling zip codes with huge workforces regardless of industry (Like New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, LA, ETC) then you will more than likely get some sales in the beginning and make it past their 6 month to 1 year trial period. If you're tasked to dial a region, like say, Amish Country in Pennsylvania, prepare to be pink slipped sooner rather than later. Your boss will expect quotas to be met and there's no consideration for what the workforce looks like in the area you're dialing into. Hilariously, as part of training, you'll be played recorded sales calls from mythical sales figures who were dialing into markets like New York and Chicago who've been given this false sense of entitlement as Sales Rockstars. Also, if you're one of the unlucky ones who dial into places like Lancaster, PA or the Sticks in Canada, you're region for dialing wont be changed and you wont be given the ability to leave with dignity. Your boss will come get you at your desk, with a security guard and escort you out of the office for your colleagues to witness.

Pros

-Health insurance -Remote work -Some great people

Cons

-The products -Tenured people (leadership included) leaving in droves -Refusal to market, leading the a decline in jobseekers and thus employers looking to hire on the platform have a difficult time finding up-to-date, relevant candidates. And jobs perform poorly for this reason as well.
