Terrible work environment. Upper management and the parent company have ran the organization into the ground. There is 0 investment in technology or personnel. They are in constant financial turmoil and when it gets to a critical stage. They fire employees and do not pay them PTO or commission that is owed, even in states where it is required by law. They have lost multiple lawsuits for this type of unethical behavior.
