      Great Company Culture with Management that cares

      Pros

      A great company culture with management that cares. CareerBuilder wants to see you produce results in sales that can typically be completed without you being micromanaged. As long as you hit your targets it's a very peaceful company. Great compensation on the deals that you close and there is an opportunity for high volume!

      Cons

      Higher Turnover! After 6 months if you're not producing, there starts to become pressure. Also, there are many internal company changes so a shift in your leader or layoff isn't uncommon.
