      My leaders from Success were great and honest,great teamwork and great work life balance.

      Cons

      Leadership is not honest, with constant layoffs and frequent process changes. Success wears many different hats not just supporting the client.

      Cons

      Reshifting focuses all the time. Changing goals and management. Laid off 200 people. Companies are not renewing contracts.
