Nice people, decent office space.

Cons

I joined CB prior to covid and unsurprisingly they did massive layoffs around April 2020. The org as a whole felt super frivolous -- they rolled out so much unused or underused tech.

CB has world class sales training and tons of great resources that will really help you in future client-facing positions

Cons

Their pay was a bit unfair but the benefits were decent. They are really not in like with the job market in terms of salary
