Pros
Benefits are fantastic! Some great people work at the company & really care about helping customers & their co-workers overcome sales objections Ability to earn good commissions
Cons
A lot of Senior Managers & middle level managers are snobs & they act very fake! Tired of some managers getting away with ordering people around that don't even report to them. Initial fast promotions, but unless you play in WVU group, you will hit a ceiling. Employee relations team just lectures & isn't helpful.
