The company is Incredibly Diverse, with Employees from over 40 countries. who genuinely try and help each other and the Management invites everyone to share their opinion. I personally Feel appreciated and heard, which as an employee is so crucial. There is ample opportunity to grow if you stand out from the rest.

Cons

They pay employees based upon their location, which on average is 20-25% more than your location. but later on, can be negotiated based upon your performance.
