      decent salary, potential to work from home but that was rare, one day every other week or so

      Caring leadership. Amazing culture that promotes work/life balance. A true culture of caring.

      None. You do have to be flexible with your day-to-day schedule, and willing to accommodate the families we serve. Not a "con" but you should know that days are ever-changing.
