Great benefits, managers have access to lots of resources, flexible work schedule that creates positive work/home balance, and the company cares for the families it serves by always looking ways to improve. Awesome place to work!

Benefits are the worst. There is no bonuses, no overtime, no raises, no advancement opportunities. The pay is not consistent among employees in the same role.
