Flexible scheduling of appointments Opportunity to meet diverse, interesting consumers RN's and CM's are great people who work incredibly hard

Cons

Benefits are eh....Tuition reimbursement is a joke You're not really as much of a clinical team as you are account managers. The most important thing is to add as many new accounts as possible and keep as many people on the list to keep those MassHealth payments rolling in.

Cons

Little interest in cross-training, re-doing accounting processes often, hiring obviously questionable people and then firing them when they finally read the writing on the wall. Will be hard to finance this company under new administration
