      Pros

      We have been nervous about learning a new system for months. I watched videos and read job aides but still worried I couldn't do my job. When i got to training, all my worries went away. I couldn't believe the leader of IT was giving our training. He made everyone feel special. He took time with each of us, made it funny at times and really understood our business. I am so thankful for him and one of his staff members.

      Driving between appointments can be long with many cases.

      Cons

      Takes time to fully understand the business model and company structure. The company has gone through tremendous growth and the management is doing slow and steady job of upgrading the company processes to keep up with that.
