Pros

I had a great experience at Carenet for three years. Free drinks and coffee with a nice employee breakroom. The company is small enough where everyone knows everyone, but profiting enough to have great bonuses too. Just for showing up to work everyday!

Cons

There are times when projects are ending that people get nervous about what they will do for work, even though most everyone is reassigned to another project, usually within the same day.

Great people to work with! Everything about what Carenet does helps people. It's a very rewarding job - especially as a Care Coordinator. You get to talk to and help various people from customer service to Triage.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are hard to come by. Pay is minimal and no raises are provided but there are bonus programs for just about every program they have.
