Pros

I had a great experience at Carenet for three years. Free drinks and coffee with a nice employee breakroom. The company is small enough where everyone knows everyone, but profiting enough to have great bonuses too. Just for showing up to work everyday!

Cons

There are times when projects are ending that people get nervous about what they will do for work, even though most everyone is reassigned to another project, usually within the same day.

Never a annual pay raise and not likely to move up in the company Lead and Management favoritism and unprofessional behavior.
