Pros

Work life balance was taken seriously by the three managers I had. As long as you communicate and get your work done you shouldn't have to worry about taking a 1/2 day for appointments and what not. The pay for engineers was good but not great when comparing to other companies. So you might not be making the most money but you do get a bit more flexible work hours when done right.

Cons

The senior leadership is younger and less experienced than some of people they are managing. This can and has lead to disorganized trust in some of their decisions.
