Wide variety of industries and large geographic footprint Good benefits including vacation time and healthcare

Cons

Cargill hires too many outside contractors for project management instead of developing their internal talent. Contractors cost a lot of $$ and don’t have the background knowledge to make projects run smoothly, resulting in more $$ spent and burned out employees
