Pros

Large multinational company with lots of opportunity. They do a lot to help the communities where they are located. A lot of good people to work with who have years of experience.

Cons

Too much change going on and they aren't willing to invest the appropriate resources so the burden falls on the remaining employees. Very low engagement and poor leadership in some key areas.

Great workforce! The teams I worked with were knowledgable and had dedicated work ethics. The new reorganization efforts are velry difficult to understand. Only value that is visable right now is the bottom line.

Cons

Once and for many years voted as a top employer by the employees, the recent changes have toppled that perception. A great loss to a once admired local company.

Employees, especially those with experience, are undervalued Short term money saving metrics more important than developing skills of team members Certain leaders more interested in own internal networking and managing up than in team they are to be leading and supporting Benefits are being cut left and right, some cuts are not being communicated clearly.
