Micro-management, Treatment of employees, you aren't seen as a person with a life, threatened with firing if you don't get in line, threatened to have your hours/days changed if you don't do the things they tell you to, high turnover rate, told all opinions are valid then get treated poorly if you question anything, forced return to work, will have you do the same work as someone paid more and tell you you have to do even more work with zero compensation, if you aren't at least fake happy all the time you will be treated you are "hurting" the group. They want cookie cutter cogs for the machine, and yes men in a echo chamber.
