Pros

None. This company shouldn't hire half the people it does. Dirty nasty fat useless people and some in management. Please change hiring standards.

Cons

If you only knew what went into the products we deliver, you would never eat meat from Cargill again. I'm surprised more people haven't been sick or worse from the meat here. It's repulsive.

Pros

Really good people you work with. Flexible with family and obligations outside of work. Great health benefits. Liked what the company was doing as far as the reach and diversity they were trying to create.

Cons

No room for growth, micro-managing. On-boarding process was not the best. You will become siloed in one area. The pay is subpar and they try to throw as much on top of you at once.
