Pros

8 hour shifts. Small business environment with benefits. The people are enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Constantly short staffed. Everyday is a constant struggle due to inexperienced workers and a continuous battle with senior workers to do the right thing. No climate control in production and WHSE. Because of this equipment constantly breaks with no spare parts.

"Warning to People of Color"

Pros

The cons outweigh the pros.

Cons

I would really think hard before joining this organization. There is a huge disconnect between senior leadership and the middle managers who propagate the discrimination. It is subtle but it is there and you notice people of color treated as if you are idiots and have nothing to offer. No promotions ever and you feel that you are being used to elevate the bosses position.
