Pros

- Good work-life balance - Salary is better than average - Overall a chill environment if you want to perform average - Culturally diverse and really trying to be inclusive

Cons

- Too big & complex. Every decision you make needs to get approval and alignment from different functions, different regions, different departments it is horrific. - Constantly changing the culture lately. Every decision made it worse and worse. - No career plan. They make you fill out a yearly plan and that is it. - Heavy nepotism. Who you know is all that matters and if you suck up to senior leadership you get promoted. - Some teams have constant team events & travels while some other have absolutely zero events. - Aggressively pushing jobs to India & other low cost areas. - Layoffs left and right, fired 8000 people globally
