The only downside to Cargill is the undercurrent of conservatism that permeates upper management and the Corporate Center. The low level of energy can literally put you to sleep at your desk if you are a person needing some stimulation in your office environment. If you are lucky enough to work in a plant or office outside of headquarters in Wayzata, you will have an enjoyable experience. Even with its shortcomings, the Cargill Corporate Center is populated with people of high integrity and strong work ethic. This is a first rate company.
