Amazing company culture. The biggest asset that Cargill has as a company is it's culture and values. It is a company where the majority of its leaders genuinely care about their employees, customers and communities. It is a place were doing the right thing is not only expected but it is celebrated. It is a company that cares about its people, about being honest, being a responsible corporate citizen, collaborating with others, respecting the law, etc. I honestly admire the authenticity and values Cargill employees and leaders.
