Pros
Really great people to work with. Culture is changing in some bu's away from traditional commodity approach. I feel people general care about the business and each other.
Cons
Pay lower than comparable companies. Business units take on too many competing priorities. Consequence is things are sometimes done halfway. Stock options removed from most employees. High degree of internal focus and bureaucracy. Allot of internal management politics get in the way of progress and putting the right people in the right positions for success. Under performers aren't dealt with quickly enough.
