Pros

Had the opportunity ti be familiar with the whole process of production and broaden the viewpoint how the company gives the solid training to formal and selected employees.

Cons

Worked in Germany and most people cannot speak English, so it was difficult to get further and detailed knowledge from experienced technicians. Also, the factory didn't have real training program for interns, so you had to search for much information by yourself. There was no well-organized plan to help you gain that much.

Pros

The size of the company is its biggest asset to an employee. If you are willing to move anywhere to take a promotion there are not many limitations to what you will be able to accomplish here.

Cons

At the specific plant I was at it was very difficult at times to get heard from top management. It was a culture where everyone was always on the hot seat and it felt like you could really not trust any of your co-workers.
