Good Trading school, strong SnD view for all type of commodities, global view on grain market, good insurance

Cons

limited availability for internal growth to go vertically up you need to spend another 20 years there, i.e. promotions take a lot of time even in case of permanent exceed of expectations

Pros

Big Company with well defined policies. It offers great posibility of skill development. Company is very carefull of inclusion and diversity an looks for the balance between men and women.

Cons

Balance between personal life and work in some cases is not appropriate. There is a feeling that payments is not balanced with the amount of resposibility and work. Once you are in, it is difficult to grow in your salary, even if you change roll/ position. If someone external comes to fill a position, that person is better payed that the ones that are already part of the team.
