Pros

Broad opportunities if willing to move a lot. Stable company.

Cons

Protected groups receive preference on promotions. Pay is based on manipulated job titles. Use of the job title coordinator in place of manager or comparable title used to minimize pay on comparative basis. Multi state multi plant responibility still called a "coordinator".

Pros

Team is very open and friendly always willing to help. Opening position is stepping stone to bigger and better positions. Relocation is paid for by company.

Cons

The starting hours are not exactly normal: Two days on, two days off, then three days on, two days off, two days on, and three days off. then rotating day/night shifts every 6 weeks. Placed location is need based, although you supply them with your top choices.
