Nice place to work.

Pros

Good work life balance. Salt of the earth people. Supportive and ethical culture where people are valued, and folks want to do the right thing. Opportunity for new challenges and to take your career in different directions.

Cons

Consensus culture and a myriad of policies can make for slow decision making. Tendency over the years to cut costs and run more and more lean, means people can become overloaded and this can impact performance and engagement.

Pros

Plenty of opportunities to move in many different career directions once you are hired. Very diverse and treat their employees well.

Cons

Sometimes too corporate and slow moving to get things accomplished. Some positions do not have a good work life balance.
