Pros
A very professional environment, full of highly educated colleagues and positive attitude. The Counterparty Risk Team demonstrates high motivation to perform well and to contribute to the organization. The level of expertise is impressive.
Cons
The lack of team buildings, trainings and company events. Most colleagues barely know anybody outside of their team, the company is not focussed in stimulating the social life of its workers which is counterintuitive for a place with more than 400 young professionals.
