Pros
Cargill plant situated at Efremov which is 300km far from Moscow megapolis and allow to spent only 20 mins to get to workplace, instead of 3 hours at public transport or 6+ for trafic jams like in Moscow. Growing plant, multiple businesses at one place, a lot of pojects. During crisis the work environment is stable. an open door policy really works.
Cons
lack with culture at the city where plant is situated (no movie, clubs, theatre). FM radio established at 2008. low quality of service in Efremov.
