Pros
overall good working environment, good health benefits, not so long hours. Possibility to move from one position/department to another as long as you prove yourself to be a good fit and provided there are opportunities for change.
Cons
in my position salaries are not as competitive as it is in other companies, poor bonus (although this may vary from one the business unit to another). Slow change especially in IT infrastructure. Cumbersome.
