Pros

They set good guiding principles They make billions of dollars a year

Cons

They don’t practice the guiding values that they preach When had their 2nd highest year in terms of income, in their over 150 year existence, they cut bonuses and raises down to 1/3 if what they usually provide. Corporate greed Leadership is almost non existent, upper management doesn’t about front line workers

Private company, very flexible work from anywhere policy, diversity in businesses, geographic locations, and people, bonuses in good years are terrific, beautiful HQ campus

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities regardless of ambition, unreasonable salary banding (e.g., won't allow employees to go above 75th percentile of band), yearly increases to base salary below inflation
