Pros

Good pay, bonus, and benefits package. Company is very generous in the community and a pretty good corporate citizen in Minneapolis. Company is very opportunistic and overall senior management seems to do a pretty good job of buying distressed businesses and holding them while things turn around.

Cons

Company tends to be dominated at mid management and senior management level by "lifelong" employees that came in from college from their trainee program. This creates a "good ol' boy" culture that is difficult to break into. Many people that are hired from the "outside" are always seen as "outsiders".

Pros

Large company with agressive training program. Constant innovation and focus on improving the operation. Provided company credit card to all levels of salaried employees.

Cons

Large company and employees start to feel like a number. Mgmt will constantly push for more higher numbers, little regard to morale.
