Pros
If you are a superstar employee and willing to relocate many times you will go far. The development oppertunities are excellent, but you have to be a self starter to reap the benefits. They are reasonable with time off to establish a work life balance, but to grow it will be easier to be single.
Cons
Everything is heard through the rumor mill, mamgement can be a bit condensending. Some leadership people are awsome while others are horrible.
