Supervisor team does not communicate well, no one wants to be the bottleneck, so plant rate is never stable and quality suffers. Training is horrible. We even have a training role that has not improved this. Some engineers have a know-it-all attitude that is extremely off-putting when you have 10 years of experience making product. Once a technician gets a day gig, all accountability goes out the window. You may never see them for a month. I’m sure there are more, but who wants to read all that?
