Pros

Benefits are better than a lot of places.

Cons

Pay should be better for the workload. Cargill seems to get a kick out of layoffs tight before Christmas. It's definitely not the place it once was. Less than professional managers who are poor at showing appreciation, giving credit where it's due, and treating people fairly.

Pros

employee centric, safety paranoid, tonnes of timeout opportunity, promotes work life balance culture, not a bad pay master.

Cons

No placement service support after layoff announcement. Lot of politics as you grow up the chain.
