Pros

People First - mostly, some areas leadership needs to listen to other enterprise leaders but overall an amazing company

Cons

As they say, big ships turn slowly. Big talk of innovation and willingness to take risk, bias for action, ownership etc, with little support to do so and/or follow through

Pros

People. Career Opportunities. Compensation. Resource Groups. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

I’m not sure what happened, but it went from a great place to work to toxic really fast. Very political. A lot of ladder climbers. Doesn’t matter if you’re qualified for a role, if someone knows the hiring team they’ll likely to get the position. These people love their meetings. A lot of middle-aged white men. Leaders talk but don’t do. Standard medical but good maternity and paid family leave.
