Cargill has changed drastically and I personally do not feel they are considering what is best for employees who have been loyal long term hard working employees. Many long term valuable employees are either leaving, retiring early, or are losing their jobs. Cargill corporate is Centralizing (OUTSOURCING) many office/ service jobs to other countries. The jobs that remain are being basically downgraded but, at the same time, becoming more difficult to get or to keep. The amount of work remaining here is overwhelming and too time consuming, mostly because of the extra work and time dealing with the centralized service centers in other countries, who do not have either the skills, knowledge, follow through, and mostly LACK the LANGUAGE skills needed!! They also have higher turnover, so you have training and restraining issues.. In my opinion, it is all about money, money, money, (greed) and does not take into account the advantages American employees offer in terms of knowledge, skills, background, and mostly much better customer service for both inside and outside customers!
