Pros

Good training for employees starting in the industry.

Cons

Management not concerned with employee or customer feedback. Sales Management in Kansas City and MN not worried about losing good people, thought process is they can be replaced. Employees are a number not an asset. Top employees being replaced with recent college grads at a discount, customers are very frustrated with all the changes.

Pros

None whatsoever. At all nothing good.

Cons

Treat people like caged animals. Management is always right especially when they have no clue what’s going on. I had to get out of there. If you’re apart of Cargill, congratulations you don’t have a life anymore.

Pros

Big on safety. Decent culture

Cons

Be careful what location you end up in. Certain locations are highly racist. And Cargill tends to struggle with diversity in those areas. Management preaches on "diversity & inclusion"; however, management literarily bullies employees and makes employees feel left out. You could regret working here if you find yourself in this situation.
